iCure Heart & Diet Clinic is registered and operates under the following details:

Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or website
• We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours
• Walk-in patients are accepted subject to availability

Consultation Process

• First-time patients must complete a medical history form
• Bring previous medical records and test results
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Consultations are conducted in person at our clinic

Telemedicine

• Video consultations may be available for follow-ups
• Not suitable for emergency situations
• Technical requirements: stable internet connection, camera and microphone

Eligibility

• EECP therapy requires prior medical evaluation
• Not all patients are suitable candidates
• Dr. Vaidya will determine eligibility based on medical assessment

Treatment Protocol

• Standard course: 35 hours (typically 1 hour/day, 5 days/week for 7 weeks)
• Sessions must be completed as scheduled for optimal results
• Missed sessions may require treatment extension

Patient Responsibilities During Therapy

• Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
• Inform us of any health changes during treatment
• Follow post-treatment care instructions
• Attend follow-up appointments as recommended

Consultation Fees

• Fees are displayed at the clinic and communicated during booking
• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital payments

Health Package Pricing

• Package prices are as listed on our website
